On Monday 4th December 2017 from 2-3 pm, the chemistry and physics sections at the University of Salford will present a demonstration on campus related to energy (the 'Joule Public Lecture' after Salford's very own James Prescott Joule).
The event will now be held in the university's Lady Hale building room 14 from 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm (building number 14 on the following link). Booking nformation can be found on the following Eventbrite site. Doors will be open from 1.00 pm and tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis on the indicated Eventbrite site above. This show will include the generation of noise and smoke and patrons with hearing and breathing difficulties are advised as appropriate. The suggested target audience is GCSE key-stage 4 and A-level/BTEC key-stage 5.
