Everything About Me/Solids, Liquids and Gases
Sponsored by BASF Chemicals ‘Everything about me’ showcases the science of the human body by highlighting through a serious of spectacular chemistry demonstrations the biological and chemical importance of the elements constituting the human body. Since 2005, over 400 schools/colleges/public events have been visited by Steven whilst he has presented his chemistry demonstrations with over 40,000 people engaged. Most primary schools visited over the last six years have enjoyed ‘tailored’ sessions which allows all students in the school to see a more traditional ‘crash, bang’ demonstration (say in the school hall) and then smaller, individual classes are engaged with over the course of the day in a classroom environment.
The traditionally type ‘crash, bang’ show and can be presented to entire year school at once (100-200 students) or delivered to individual year groups three to four times a day. Normally, a presentation is around 40 minutes to 1 hour in length and generally covers areas to tailored the need of the school.
