Outreach: Primary School Activity on the Human Body
Fitting with the national curriculum key stages 1 and 2 framework document in England, an interactive and enjoyable session can be delivered to year-6 students covering the following points
Objectives of the Project
• geometry - the shapes of common mathematical shapes and how this relates to the molecules that make the body up;
• animals - what makes us humans and our dietary evolution;
• dietary issues - what do we need for a balanced and healthy diet and why?;

- drugs exercise and lifestyle - what is a drug and how do they work in the body.
